All domestic orders can be delivered within 24 hours if placed by 12:00 noon P.S.T. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be delivered within 48 hours. Orders received Saturday will not be processed till the next business day.

Our facilities are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and orders will not be delivered at all on Saturdays. Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday since our facillities will not receive orders until Monday A.M.

Cancellations of orders must be received by 24 hours prior to delivery. Orders can also be specified for an A.M. or P.M. delivery but we are unable to provide a specific hour of delivery within the above time period. All orders must have an actual address for delivery. We cannot deliver to a post office box.

We are also unable to deliver to APO's, cruise ships, planes, or trains. Please note that all deliveries take place between normal business hours of 8 A.M. - 6 P.M.

With 24 hours of placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us immediately and refer to the order number on your order. Please remember to print your confirmation for future reference.

All pricing shown include taxes and delivery charges. If you decide to pick up you order we will refund your delivery charges on-site. The only exceptions are placement of international orders where the value of the American Dollar varies on a day-to-day basis.

There is a $20.00 surcharge in addition for any international orders. We currently accept all major credit cards, including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Online form will accept Visa and Master Card through secure PAYPAL, for all other major credit cards or payment via the telephone contact us.

We currently have ship in various parts of the world and are updating this list daily. If you do not see your country in the listing, we will be unable to fulfill your order at this time. For international orders that are placed, there will be a $20.00 surcharge added to this order.
